Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company seeks a Manager of High Tech & Real Estate Sector (HTRE) to lead customer relationship strategy and execution for key industry segments within the BES portfolio. You will manage a portfolio representing approximately $1.97 billion in annual revenue and develop strategic engagement across PG&E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of job-related experience.
• Valid California Class C driver's license, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing professional employees and complex customer portfolios.
• Experience with High Tech, Biotechnology, Real Estate, EV, data centers or related sectors.
• Experience resolving complex utility service issues with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior leaders and translate needs into action.
• Project management training completed.
• Professional auditor training completed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sector strategies for HTRE customers.
• Lead relationship management, account management, escalation and sector engagement.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and external stakeholders on critical service needs.
• Create strategies addressing reliability, affordability, electrification and interconnection.
• Lead cross-functional teams across stakeholders and external groups.
• Ensure execution of standard work and quality expectations.
• Manage expenses, staffing, and resources to meet safety and customer expectations.
