Job summary

Pacific Gas and Electric Company in the Bay Area seeks an EV Advisor within the Clean Energy Transportation team to guide commercial customers through transportation electrification. The role collaborates across BES, Service Planning and Design, Distribution Planning, Vehicle to Grid Implementation, Marketing, and IT, with hybrid work in Oakland and travel across PG&E's service territory.

The ideal candidate has a strong project management mindset, 8+ years or a Bachelor's with experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 8 or more years of industry related experience.
• Relevant experience, 8 years.
• Travel 3-5 days per month, frequent driving.

Responsibilities

• Implement PG&E’s acquisition strategy and generate leads for EVAS.
• Develop understanding of TE decision making; tailor presentations to fit customer scenarios.
• Help develop and refine customer facing resources and tools.
• Research and communicate emerging regulatory issues (e.g., CARB vehicle regulations).
• Ensure timely data entry and documentation across tools including Salesforce, Excel, & Power BI.
• Foster a collaborative culture that drives transparency.
• Resolve issues related to program, customer satisfaction, and internal coordination.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in end-to-end customer journey.
