Job summary

TraPac, Inc. is seeking an HSSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Sustainability programs at the Wilmington terminal.

The role partners with Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, Security, and leadership to integrate HSSE into daily activities and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, maritime regulations. The HSSE Manager will oversee HSSE policies, risk assessments, audit programs, and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement and a culture of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years HSSE compliance program management experience.
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, MTSA, USCG regulations and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HSSE business partner to Operations and M&E to reinforce safety culture.
• Lead development and implementation of HSSE management systems.
• Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and manage corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure compliance across terminal operations.
• Coordinate safety, environmental, and security initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
