Job summary

Addison Lee is seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to lead health, safety, quality and environmental initiatives across the business. You will provide expert advice to colleagues, managers and drivers to maintain a safe working environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Based in Paddington, London with hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day at home), you will manage ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 systems, drive audits and improvements, and support safe, reliable services for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety and Health or related field is desirable.
• NEBOSH certification is required.
• Experience formulating and implementing risk management strategies.
• Experience with multi-site management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development of health and safety standards across the business.
• Provide expert advice to colleagues, managers, drivers and operations teams.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliant operations.
• Maintain ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
• Oversee audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
