Job summary

Flowpoint Services, LLC is seeking an HSEQ Specialist to help ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations by conducting field audits, supporting employee training, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with incident investigations. This position regularly supports operations in both Midland, TX and Carlsbad, NM.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in safety, health, environment, and quality, with knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations, incident investigations, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of HSEQ, safety, or compliance experience in oil & gas, energy, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations.
• Experience with incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Experience with safety management systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between Midland and Carlsbad field locations.
