Support the CWLNG Project by developing, coordinating, delivering, and documenting HSE training and orientation programs for Technip Energies personnel, subcontractors, and other project personnel. The HSE Trainer promotes a strong safety culture and ensures personnel receive appropriate project-specific HSE training before and during execution of assigned work.
Degree, diploma, or recognized qualification in HSE, Occupational Safety, Construction Safety, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience delivering HSE training in construction, industrial, petrochemical, LNG, oil and gas, or comparable major-project environments.
Working knowledge of OSHA construction requirements and applicable project HSE requirements.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with craft personnel, supervisors, subcontractors, and management.
Experience maintaining training records and learning/training databases.
Computer proficiency and ability to work with digital HSE systems.
English fluency required.
