Integra is seeking an HSE Systems & Performance Analyst to support enterprise HSE systems and performance processes across multiple business units. The role translates operational and HSE requirements into practical workflows, data standards, and user support, partnering with IT and business owners to improve usability and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field, with 2+ years of experience in HSE systems, data administration, or process improvement.
- Experience organizing, validating, analyzing, or reporting information from multiple sources.
- Preferred experience with HSE, quality, risk, or compliance business systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary functional support for HammerTech and other enterprise HSE systems.
- Administer forms, workflows, user roles, permissions, and system settings.
- Maintain configuration records, rules, issue logs, and testing evidence.
- Coordinate system releases, upgrades, and vendor issues with IT and providers.
- Support data definitions, dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
