Job summary

Integra Mission Critical is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety activities across projects. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the primary safety contact while supervising site staff and coordinating risk assessments.

You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, lead safety reviews, and collaborate with operations and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field required.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926 and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and implementation of safety plans and procedures.
• Provide mentorship to junior safety staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards.
• Lead safety reviews and risk assessments for complex processes.
• Plan and deliver safety training and hazard mitigation sessions.
• Conduct site inspections and document root cause analyses of incidents.
• Identify trends and propose actions to reduce risks and improve safety.

The Opportunity

The HSE Manager is accountable for overseeing day to day safety activities within assigned operations or project sites In this role you will implement and maintain safety programs ensure regulatory compliance and serve as the primary point of contact for safety related issues You will supervise site based safety staff coordinate training and risk assessments and drive a culture of continuous improvement The HSE Manager collaborates with operations engineering and leadership teams to identify hazards develop controls and measure safety performance

What you will do

• Lead the creation review and implementation of safety plans procedures and technical deliverables
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other applicable regulatory standards
• Participate in and lead high level safety reviews including those related to operational risk and complex processes
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices regulatory updates and hazard mitigation
• Conduct and document site inspections hazard assessments and root cause analyses for incidents
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance safety performance
• Collaborate with project teams engineering operations and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work
• Stay current with industry best practices regulatory changes and emerging technologies in safety management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety Industrial Hygiene Environmental Science Engineering or a related field
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry First AidCPR Certification
• Must possess legal authorization to work in US
• Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel between project sites as needed
• Knowledge and application of OSHA standards 29 CFR 19101926 NFPA ANSI ISO 45001 and other relevant regulationsconformance standards
• Ability to maintain site safety records and documentation in accordance with federal state and company requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant discipline
• Certified Safety Professional CSPConstruction Health & Safety Technician CHST
• Additional certifications such as CIH or ASP
