Job summary

Fluor is seeking a supervisor to lead Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) professionals, ensuring a productive work culture and safe operations across projects. The role emphasizes training, regulatory guidance, and adherence to company and client requirements.

Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree with relevant experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of HSE concepts, including EIAs, QRAs, and PHAs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients and contractors.
• Knowledge of local, state/federal regulations and guidelines related to HSE.
• Ability to learn and apply regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and time-conscious work approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train HSE staff on TIC for medium to large projects.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance to project management and ensure standards.
• Plan and document environmental/health and safety assessments (EIA, QRA, PHA) and related studies.
• Promote Fluor HSE standards and company policies across projects.
• Contribute to safe and productive work environment and assign tasks as needed.
