• Lead on the development, implementation and management of environmental and workplace health and safety standards and functions.
• Serve as Competent Person for HSE advice and compliance.
• Monitor and ensure regulatory and legislative compliance for HSE across the organisation.
• Act as primary liaison with health and safety authorities on compliance matters.
• Monitor and audit HSE performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee fire risk management across the organisation.
• Develop and deliver HSE guidance to colleagues on safety procedures.
