Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 3+ years of Health, Safety, Environmental or related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and environmental requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of HSE programs, policies, and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety through guidance, coaching, and leadership engagement.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and workplace observations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Deliver and coordinate HSE training for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Support incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental programs, permits, records, and reporting activities.
