The role involves managing HSSE practices, developing training for field personnel, and supporting incident investigations in a full-time capacity. Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in HSSE Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in contractor pre-qualification and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Develop and deliver HSSE training materials for field personnel.
• Provide onboarding and coaching to new employees on HSSE requirements.
• Manage the annual audit program and lead/participate in HSE audits.
• Compile and lead weekly and monthly HSSE reporting processes.
• Support field sites in conducting thorough incident investigations and corrective actions.
