Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in Sterling, VA, is hiring an entry-level HSE Specialist I. This field-based role supports health, safety, and environmental programs, collaborating with internal teams, regulators, and client representatives on-site.

You will assist in site inspections, hazard identifications, incident investigations, and training while helping plan safety initiatives aligned with company standards. Growth opportunities exist within a leading employee-owned contractor.

Qualifications

• 4 year related degree or equivalent experience with minimum 4 years in safety or construction.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C certification.
• Ability to spend 80% of time on active construction sites.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, client reps, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities.
• Support and promote Rosendin's safety program to reduce risk.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs.
• Contribute to pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Maintain HSE documentation and incident investigations.
