What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and implementation of the HSE Management System
- Conduct on-site risk assessments and Job Hazard Analysis to identify potential hazards
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies at job sites
- Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions with employees and contractors
- Drive the evolution of the organization's safety culture by aligning strategies with company goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Technology, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in Safety, Environmental, and Risk Management
- Experience in the construction industry preferred, with additional experience in general industry a plus
- Working knowledge of federal and state regulations pertaining to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications
