Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Risk & HSE professional to implement and continually enhance the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System across the Americas. Based in Houston, you will partner with client teams, recruiters and operations to drive compliance and growth.

You will lead contractor assurance programs, audits and tenders, act as SME on HSE requirements, and contribute to strategic risk management across projects and accounts.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in HSE, risk, compliance or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Diploma in OH&S, Environmental/Risk management.
• Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CRSP, CHST preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with tender, audit and supplier assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HSE policies and management systems across the Americas region.
• Build relationships with client HSE, procurement and operations teams.
• Support contractor assurance programs, prequalification, audits and assessments.
• Contribute to bids, tenders, RFIs and proposals for business growth.
• Engage in client reviews and account strategy sessions with risk insights.
• Guide recruiters and leaders on HSE requirements and risk management best practices.
• Identify emerging compliance trends to improve service delivery and operations.
