Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking an HSE Coordinator in Delhi, LA to lead safety training, audits, and recommendations to ensure a safe manufacturing environment. You will help implement health and safety programs, conduct Job Hazard Analyses, and support environmental compliance across the plant.

Role is 90% HSE with some quality focus; collaboration with Plant Manager and regional HSE teams is required to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HSE/Quality experience in an industrial setting.
• Familiarity with quality testing and inspection procedures.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Occupational Safety & Health or Safety Management.
• Certifications CSP/ASP/CIH/RIHP preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 18001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with environmental sampling and compliance.
• Experience with OSHA safety programs: LOTO, fall protection, confined space, hazard communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety training and conduct audits to promote safe work practices.
• Immediately alert management of serious health or safety issues with solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA regulations applicable to manufacturing.
• Conduct and document Job Hazard Analyses for production environments.
• Investigate accidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Foster safety committee programs across departments.
• Coach managers and employees on hazard recognition and improvements.
• Maintain health and safety records and training documentation.
• Support environmental health and safety inspections and permits compliance.
• Develop training aligned with OSHA and environmental regulations.
