The role focuses on proactive risk minimization, training provision, and management collaboration to reach safety and environmental goals.

• Experience in industrial health and safety and environmental compliance in manufacturing
• Familiar with federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations
• Strong training development and delivery capabilities

Aufgaben

• Improve safety management processes and ensure effective execution according to regulations and standards.
• Lead proactive safety program across Cedar’s facilities.
• Develop and report Wastewater, Solid Waste, Hazardous Waste, Universal Waste, Used Oil, and Storm Water programs.
• Educate and train operations on safety management programs.
• Collaborate with risk management to identify improvement opportunities in tools, training or processes.
• Direct accident investigation programs and monitor trends.
