LyondellBasell is seeking an HSE Manager for the Jackson, TN facility. You will lead health, safety, environmental and security programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and represent ISO 14001 at the site leadership level.

Responsibilities include managing audits, driving continuous improvement, and guiding the HSE team to develop talent while controlling costs. English proficiency and strong collaboration with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Engineering or related field with knowledge of ISO 14001.
• Minimum five to seven years of HSE leadership experience in chemical industry.
• Specialized CSP or COSS certifications are highly recommended.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to interface across levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct the company HSE programs and policies for the Jackson facility.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal HSE regulations.
• Serve as Management Representative for ISO 14001 and oversee security/emergency response.
• Lead professional development and cost management for HSE initiatives.
