Job summary

The Walsh Group - Walsh Construction & Archer Western is seeking a proactive HSE Manager for a transportation project in Richmond, IN. You will lead site-specific health, safety and environmental programs, coordinate audits, investigations and training, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a site-specific EHS plan in coordination with Project Manager and regional programs.
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and audits, including vendors and owner personnel.
• Coordinate quarterly on-site EHS audits and inspect site, equipment, and processes for compliance.
• Conduct accident investigations and incident reporting for Project Management review.
• Provide training and education on EHS requirements, including new hire EHS orientation programs.
• Administer the corporate SPAT process and oversee weekly EHS updates to leadership.
