Job summary

Cleveland Thermal, part of Corix, seeks an HSE Manager to lead safety efforts across U.S. East operations. Based in Cleveland, you will balance regulatory compliance with field engagement, including site walkthroughs, inspections, audits, incident response, and travel across multiple states.

You will develop and maintain HSE programs, lead investigations, and coordinate with regulators and contractors. A strong safety background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of occupational and environmental safety experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational and Environmental Safety and Health; management, safety analysis, and workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE programs, policies, and procedures compliant with OSHA and applicable safety legislation.
• Lead field reviews, inspections, audits, incident investigations, and near-miss reviews; analyze trends and drive corrective action.
• Serve as HSE subject matter expert and liaison for operations, contractors, customers, and regulators; align programs across Corix.
• Deliver training, safety meetings, and competency assessments for safety-sensitive work.
