Advantic Building Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead, build, and continuously improve our company-wide safety program across two manufacturing facilities and customer sites. This working leadership role emphasizes relationship building, practical safety solutions, and culture to keep people safe while the business grows.

You will develop strategy, implement programs, coach leaders, conduct audits and investigations, and manage training including LOTO, PPE, and OSHA-required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HSE experience in manufacturing/construction environments.
• Experience building or significantly improving safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Experience conducting audits, training, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Ability to operate at executive level and in the field; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and meet site-access requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve the company-wide HSE program across facilities and project sites.
• Develop and implement HSE policies, programs, and procedures; establish safety goals and metrics.
• Advise leadership on compliance, risk management, and safety strategy.
• Build the HSE function and onboard new personnel as the company grows.
• Perform inspections, risk assessments, and task-level reviews with teams.
• Coordinate investigations of injuries, incidents, and near misses; drive corrective actions.
