Job summary

DDH1 Drilling is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environment across our drilling operations. You will develop and implement strategic HSE programmes, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance, while coaching staff and driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

You will lead incident investigations, develop reporting frameworks, and coordinate with senior management and client representatives to optimize safety performance across nationwide operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in HSE across sites and operations.
• Strong ability to influence at all levels of the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 15 years in HSE, safety and operational roles.
• Senior management experience with a track record of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE across sites and drive safety culture.
• Develop and implement HSE strategies, systems and initiatives.
• Manage HSE reporting framework and compliance with regulations.
• Coach staff in HSE matters and conduct internal audits and investigations.
• Monitor HSE performance indicators and drive corrective actions.
• Represent HSE in client meetings and at management forums.
