Job summary

Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC is seeking a skilled HSE Supervisor to oversee implementation of HSE requirements and lead a team of HSE Advisors across designated operations. You will partner with Operations to ensure safe work practices and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong experience in emergency response, risk assessment, incident investigations, and training. Candidates should be adept at coaching teams, conducting audits, and driving an incident-free safety culture across

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of emergency response and first aid with trainer status.
• Ability to communicate regulations, risk management and risk assessment.
• Experience presenting statistical information to diverse audiences.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, DOT, API and related compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to train on rig equipment and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE activities for designated operations to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead a team of HSE Advisors and coordinate with Operations.
• Promote risk-based approaches and conduct field audits and inspections.
• Develop and communicate safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct incident investigations and root-cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Provide safety coaching and training during field operations and site visits.
