LifeSkills Connection Inc. is seeking an instructor to deliver group and individual lessons in Reading, Mathematics, Workplace Communications, Employability Skills, Health Education, and Driver’s Education.

You will promote a positive classroom environment, manage student behavior, and collaborate with career tech instructors to align curricula. Requirements include a Washington State teaching license, a Bachelor’s degree, and 1–2 years of related educational experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Power Point and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Instruct in Reading, Mathematics, Workplace Communications, Employability Skills, Health Education, Driver’s Education or HSD/HSE.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Coordinate curriculum with career tech instructors and utilize available resources.
• Record attendance and student data in CIS; participate in performance evaluations.
• Support graduation activities and adhere to policies and safety practices.
