Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HSE Governance Manager to lead the governance and continuous improvement of North America Health, Safety, Environment and Transportation Compliance programs. You will partner with Operations to develop standards, policies and management systems ensuring OSHA, EPA, FMCSA and other regulations are met across the region.

The role requires multi-site leadership experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive governance initiatives and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field.
• Master’s degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field or equivalent experience (5 years’ safety or warehousing experience).
• 3-5 years of experience managing HSE in an operational or functional support role.
• 1-3 years of warehouse/distribution/logistics experience.
• 1-3 years of multi-site HSE leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Govern North America HSE governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate internal corporate compliance audits and regulatory readiness reviews.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for compliance monitoring and leadership reporting.
• Maintain training materials to ensure regulatory compliance and corporate standards.
• Support development and revision of HSE policies, standards and procedures.
