Job summary

Deutsche Post's DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Field HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental programs across our U.S. facilities. You will manage training, compliance, incident investigations and hazard controls to ensure a safe workplace for all associates.

This on-site role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred) and 1+ year of safety experience, with supervisory responsibility ideal. OHST certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in environmental, safety, industrial hygiene or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of safety experience, including administration of OSHA/DOT programs.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• OHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes occupational health and safety awareness throughout the facility.
• Coaches management on their HSE responsibilities.
• Oversees safety inspections to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Implements standard HSE tools and training.
• Reviews Job Safety Analysis for each role within the site.
• Facilitates incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Supports Safety Improvement Plans with regional/campus managers.
• Assists with start-ups and project teams as needed.
• Monitors HSE modules and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Participates in Health & Safety Committee and improvement initiatives.
