Job summary

Worley is seeking an HSE Technician II to provide field and administrative Health, Safety, and Environmental support across construction and industrial settings. You will assist with inspections, incident investigations, and risk mitigation while promoting safe work practices among craft professionals and contractors.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent education.
• Typically 2+ years in health, safety, environmental, construction or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of safety practices, hazard recognition, risk assessment, and incident reporting.
• Experience supporting field inspections, safety audits, investigations, or compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide field and administrative support for HSE programs.
• Support project leadership in implementing HSE policies and objectives.
• Participate in onboarding and communicate HSE expectations to new personnel.
• Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, audits, and reviews.
• Identify hazards and assist with corrective actions.
• Monitor workforce compliance with safety procedures and permit requirements.
• Support incident, injury, near miss, and environmental reporting activities.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain HSE records and training documentation.
