Impact and Opportunity
As the HSE & Facility Leader, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace where employees can do their best work. You’ll have the opportunity to influence safety culture, strengthen facility operations, and proactively identify and address risks across the organization.In this role, you will evaluate work environments, identify potential hazards, and develop programs, procedures, and training designed to prevent injuries, reduce risk, and protect both people and property. You’ll serve as a trusted safety resource for employees and leaders, providing guidance on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while driving continuous improvement in HSE practices.
Beyond compliance, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact by building a culture where safety is embedded in everyday operations. You’ll conduct inspections, investigate and address hazardous conditions, partner with teams to implement corrective actions, and help ensure equipment, machinery, and work practices meet established safety standards
