Ogmint Technical Services is a Provider of Niche professionals across the Energy Industry. We are currently working with an Energy and Data Center Megaproject. Our client is seeking an HSE Director.

Project Duration: 10 + years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSSE strategy aligned with project objectives
• Establish HSSE performance metrics and reporting systems.
• Design and deliver HSSE training programs for employees and contractors.
• Embed HSSE requirements in EPC contracts and project execution plans.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety Management, Environmental Science or related field
• 10+ years in HSSE leadership roles within energy or civil infrastructure projects
• Certifications: CSP, ASP, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Large EPC industrial construction background (Power, LNG, Petrochemical)
• Full project lifecycle experience.
