Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years HSE experience in manufacturing.
• Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and investigations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, hazard communication, machine guarding, welding, and IH principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify risks.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and report on HSE metrics.
• Support environmental programs including waste management and emissions.
