Job summary

Beusa Energy Group is seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to support a safe and compliant workplace across manufacturing operations in Ponca City, OK. You will promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with health, safety, and environmental programs for the production of trailers and hydraulic assemblies.

The role requires 5+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and a proven track record in audits and incident

Qualifications

U.S. High School diploma or GED.
5+ years HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience conducting site audits, inspections, and investigations.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard communication, machine guarding, welding, and industrial hygiene principles.

Responsibilities

Promote safety culture across all operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and OSHA/EPA/MSHA requirements.
Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
Track and report HSE performance metrics and advocate improvements.
Support environmental regulatory compliance and safe project execution.
