Job summary

Rolfson Oil is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support health, safety and environmental compliance across our Texas operations. Based primarily in the Odessa office, regular travel to other offices and client locations will be required.

Responsibilities include acting as a technical expert on OSHA matters, conducting field audits, supporting regulatory adherence, and leading incident investigations with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant designation is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years in an HSE compliance role.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new programs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert on OSHA and other regulators.
• Support adherence to company policies and regulations governing operations.
• Provide support and guidance to Texas Operations personnel.
• Conduct regular field audits of facilities, equipment and client site operations.
• Identify and implement applicable HSE-related regulatory requirements.
• Lead HSE client prequalification meetings and audits from existing clients.
• Coordinate incident investigations, report writing and close out corrective actions.
