Qualificações

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE professional, preferably in Oil & Gas or construction.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices (e.g., OHS Act, NEMA).
• Proven experience in risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with project teams.
• Experience with offshore HSE requirements is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.

About the Role

Our client, a significant contributor to the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a dedicated HSE Advisor to support a variety of offshore and onshore projects, primarily based in the Randburg, Gauteng region. This role is crucial for ensuring that all operations adhere to the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance. The HSE Advisor will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies and procedures, conducting site inspections, and providing expert advice to project teams.
