Job summary

Chaseandholland is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join the Lincoln site. You will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of HSE management systems across the site, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and ISO standards.

The role involves risk assessments, audits, and performance reporting within a multi-site HSE function, with opportunities to develop professional qualifications and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Experience delivering HSE compliance within a site or business.
• Knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and risk assessment processes.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of HSE management systems.
• Maintain and review risk assessments with appropriate controls and legal compliance.
• Carry out internal audits and inspections to identify non-conformances and improvement opportunities.
• Help ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance alongside other management systems.
• Monitor HSE performance data, analyse trends and contribute to reporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance.
• Collaborate with site colleagues and the wider HSE team to promote safe working practices.
• Assist with facilities management and assets to meet safety and environmental requirements.
• Support information systems administration including data access and GDPR compliance.
• Foster a positive HSE culture through engagement and continuous improvement.
