Delek US Holdings is seeking an organized HSE Admin at the Tyler Refinery to support day-to-day HSSE activities, purchasing coordination, scheduling, and vendor liaison. You will work with HSE leadership and contractors to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, documentation, and event planning, with opportunities to engage across Health, Safety, Environmental, and PSM functions.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of administrative support or related experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily admin support for HSSE organization at Tyler Refinery.
• Coordinate purchasing, requisitions, POs, and invoice reviews.
• Track POs, requisitions, budget items, and purchasing activities.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage calendars and schedule meetings for HSE leadership.
• Coordinate conference room scheduling and event logistics.
• Support communications, newsletters, and turnover reports.
• Provide support during refinery turnarounds and for incidents.
