Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Product Support professional to serve as the project manager and main contact for HSA and FSRA product offerings. You will own deployment, education, and communication of product capabilities developed by the product manager.

The role requires Series 7 and 63 within 3 months, solid knowledge of HDHPs/HSAs, and the ability to navigate an ambiguous environment while coordinating with multiple business groups and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with HSA/FSRA product offerings and deployment
• Familiarity with HDHPs, HSAs, service model and support structure
• Customer-focused and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Series 7 and 63 required within 3 months of start date
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and balance priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager and primary contact supporting the product manager for HSA/FSRA offerings
• Deploy, educate and communicate product capabilities to internal teams and clients
• Maintain product support resources and assist with feature adoption discussions with strategic clients
• Coordinate data collection and analysis of HSA/FSRA product effectiveness
• Contribute to product roadmap feedback and cross-functional training materials
