Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Product Support professional to serve as the project manager for HSA and FSRA product offerings. You will deploy, educate, and communicate product capabilities, acting as the primary contact for internal teams and clients.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the product manager and technology lead to navigate an evolving environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely, customer-focused support and issue resolution for sponsor and end-user needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with HSA products and HDHPs.
• FSRA exposure and understanding of reimbursement accounts.
• Customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Series 7 and 63 required at hire or within 3 months of start date.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of support for HSA and FSRA products.
• Coordinate deployment, education and communication of product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product manager and technology lead on roadmap and features.
• Handle production issues and client-facing service discussions.
