Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization.
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience.
• First Aid and CPR.
• Knowledge of conference rules and regulations.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in the operation of the athletic program.
• Coaches and instructs players regarding rules, equipment, and techniques.
• Follows state, regional, and district regulations governing the program.
• Provides proper supervision of athletes at all times.
• Participates in meetings and events to promote the team.
