Job summary

Management & Training Corporation operates the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT. We are seeking a dedicated professional to review and update student transcripts and ensure graduation eligibility in line with government and center directives.

You will maintain school district linkages, prepare GED/high school monthly reports for corporate submission, provide transcript copies on request, and assist the online high school instructor in determining program eligibility.

Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for reviewing and updating transcripts and ensuring students meet the requirements for graduation in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

1. Maintain linkages with the school district for graduation requirements or changes.
2. Update student transcripts as needed to determine eligibility for graduation.
3. Prepare GED/high school monthly reports for submittal to the corporate office.
4. Provide copies of student transcripts when requested. Prepare related reports.
5. Provide information to the on-line high school instructor to determine eligibility for the on-line high school program.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four (4) year's related experience.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
