Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) operates the Clearfield Job Corps Center in Clearfield, UT, seeking staff to review transcripts and ensure graduation eligibility in line with government and corporate directives.

You will maintain district linkages, update transcripts, and prepare GED/high school monthly reports for corporate submission, while providing transcripts on request and supporting online program eligibility decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining student transcripts and determining graduation eligibility.
• Ability to prepare monthly GED/high school reports for corporate review.
• Prepare and provide copies of transcripts and related reports on request.
• Maintain liaison with school districts for graduation requirements changes.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for reviewing and updating transcripts and ensuring students meet the requirements for graduation in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain linkages with the school district for graduation requirements or changes.
• Update student transcripts as needed to determine eligibility for graduation.
• Prepare GED/high school monthly reports for submittal to the corporate office.
• Provide copies of student transcripts when requested. Prepare related reports.
• Provide information to the on-line high school instructor to determine eligibility for the on-line high school program.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four (4) year's related experience.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
