• Strong knowledge of reading and language arts standards and assessment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators and stakeholders.
• Commitment to inclusive, supportive learning environments with tech proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with teachers to design and implement reading and language arts curricula.
• Provide individualized coaching and professional development sessions for teachers.
• Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and develop interventions.
• Facilitate professional learning communities and workshops on best practices.
