Job summary

The Saint Constantine School in Houston, Texas is seeking a High School Men’s Volleyball Coach to lead all aspects of the team, including player development, practice planning, and game preparation, while upholding Christ-centered values.

The role requires coaching or playing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with middle school-aged students. Background checks and training are required, and compensation is provided for the season.

Qualifications

• Previous volleyball coaching or competitive playing experience is preferred.

• Must complete all required background checks and any school-required training prior to employment.

The coach will work closely with the Athletic Director and other coaching staff to support the mission and values of The Saint Constantine School.

• Prepare the team for competitions through organized practices and game planning.

Schedule

• August 3rd to October 19th
• Practices: M/T/W/Th 4 to 6pm
• Games: Primarily weekday evenings 12 to 14 games per season
• Attendance at coaches' meetings and occasional school athletic events may be required.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and required hours

Range $2,500 to $3,000
