Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to deliver compliant HR services to clients and employees worldwide. You will handle HR queries, support lifecycle processes, and ensure accurate data across HRIS platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Global HR Shared Services within a multinational organization.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regional and local employment regulations, internal policies, and established SOPs.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS platforms and ensure records are regularly updated.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
