Safeguard Global is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage customer accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and support healthy cash flow. If you enjoy analyzing data, resolving payment challenges, and building effective customer relationships, this role is for you!

The role emphasizes remote-first work with flexibility and collaboration across international teams, supporting Safeguard Global's global customer base.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Proactively contact customers regarding overdue balances and follow up on payment commitments.
• Investigate payment delays, identify discrepancies, and resolve account-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and promised payment dates.
• Monitor account statuses and schedule follow-ups to minimize overdue debts.
• Apply established credit control procedures while balancing customer relationships with collection targets.
