Job summary

Just Compassion of East Washington County is seeking a Billing Supervisor for HRSN Programs to oversee billing across Tigard, Salem, and Eugene. This full-time exempt role requires leadership, deep Medicaid/billing knowledge, and cross-department collaboration.

The position reports to the Finance Director with a salary of $67,000–$73,000 annually, plus benefits, and occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Minimum 2 years of Medicaid or healthcare billing experience
• Experience with HRSN billing or similar Medicaid-funded programs
• Supervisory/lead experience overseeing billing teams
• Strong knowledge of compliance and audit requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HRSN billing activities across Tigard, Salem, and Eugene
• Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness per Medicaid, OHA, and CCO rules
• Train and supervise Billing Specialists; develop workflows and controls
• Coordinate invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Track denials, audits, and documentation requests
