Job summary

The Oklahoma State University Foundation is seeking an HRIS Administrator to serve as the functional owner of UKG and other HR technology platforms. This position will be based onsite in the OSU Foundation's Stillwater, Oklahoma office, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and continuous improvement of HR systems to maximize the value of HR data and technology.

You will administer UKG modules (Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Learning, Performance, and Reporting/Data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields accepted.
• 2–4 years HRIS/HR technology experience; UKG preferred.
• Experience developing HRIS reports and dashboards.
• Experience administering SharePoint or similar CMS.
• Strong MS 365 proficiency and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional admin for UKG Core, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Learning, Performance, and Reporting/Data Analytics.
• Review system changes, validate configurations, and test updates before production.
• Prepare timekeeping and payroll-related data and reports for HR/Payroll.
• Maintain documentation, security roles, access, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT, Security, and HR teams to implement improvements.
