What you'll do

This is a Hybrid position that requires one day onsite per week in Cooperstown, NY or Oneonta, NY. **Highly qualified candidates with extensive experience and systems knowledge in UKG will be considered for fully remote opportunities**

As a HRIS Specialist, you will execute tasks required to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize HR system while ensuring smooth daily operations. Support existing processes, tools, standards and initiatives. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and outside vendors/partners on new and ongoing projects to meet deadlines while achieving the highest professional quality standards and customer service levels.

  • Provide first-line technical support for incoming requests (system issues, user errors and data discrepancies) while ensuring users receive timely response and resolutions. Communicate status and resolution to end-users and stakeholders of open items, incidents and projects
  • Support HRIS system’s (UKG and UKG Workforce Management) infrastructure and technology workflows: identify and resolve system performance and workflow problems and monitor interface/data transfer issues across systems
  • Identify efficiencies in system-supported processes e.g., bug reporting and tracking, analysis, and reports
  • Contribute to system and platform testing, configuration, implementation, and maintenance
  • Ensure all employee data within HR systems is accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. This includes overseeing routine data audits, imports and integration with other systems
  • Assist in generating HRIS reports: ad-hoc and on-demand

What we need from you

Education:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business or related field, required

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with HR systems, required
  • Minimum 1 year working knowledge of 1 or more HR systems: UKG (Kronos) HR, UKG Workforce Management, iCIMS and/or Healthstream, required
  • Minimum 1 year data integrity and audits, required
  • Minimum 1 year experience with defining specifications and requirements, and testing features and functionality, required

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking or standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met
  • Occasional visual acuity (color, depth, perception), walking
  • Frequent hearing, talking
  • Constant typing/clerical/dexterity, seeing/monitor/computer use

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to:

USD $10,000.00
Pay Range

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. The above compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range by Bassett Healthcare Network, and its entities and affiliates, at the time of this posting or advertisement.


Pay Range Minimum:

USD $66,556.32/Yr.
Pay Range Maximum:

USD $99,834.49/Yr.
