This is a Hybrid position that requires one day onsite per week in Cooperstown, NY or Oneonta, NY. **Highly qualified candidates with extensive experience and systems knowledge in UKG will be considered for fully remote opportunities**
As a HRIS Specialist, you will execute tasks required to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize HR system while ensuring smooth daily operations. Support existing processes, tools, standards and initiatives. Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and outside vendors/partners on new and ongoing projects to meet deadlines while achieving the highest professional quality standards and customer service levels.
