Job description

Reporting to the Sr Manager, HR Systems, this position will be part of the Human Resources Systems team responsible for supporting and executing HR system strategy and various business objectives. The Senior Human Resources Specialist will support and maintain the Recruiting and Onboarding HRIS applications and modules.

This role primarily supports the HR Talent Acquisition team and interacts with all levels within the organization. Specifically, this position serves as the subject matter expert for system administration of the company’s recruiting and onboarding systems, currently the recruiting and onboarding modules in Infinite Talent Acquisition Suite. A project is underway to migrate these processes into SAP SuccessFactors recruiting and onboarding and Eightfold Talent Acquisition modules. The role involves supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the new functionalities in SuccessFactors and Eightfold.

  • This is a remote work position.
  • This is not a recruiting role; the focus is on HRIS.
