A leading company in the coatings industry is seeking an HRIS Specialist in Cranberry Township to manage large-scale data changes and reporting within UKG Pro and WFM platforms. The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage and process large-scale data changes and reporting within UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) platforms. This role involves collaborating with teams and customers across the US and Canada to ensure accurate data loads, maintain data quality, and resolve complex data issues.
This position reports to the VP of Total Rewards and HR Operations. This is a hybrid position located in Cranberry Township, PA with 3 days per week in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee profiles and perform mass data uploads in UKG Pro using Studio Designer, Web Import, or other tools.
Gather data load requirements and assess impacts on downstream systems.
Create and update process documentation and BI Cognos reports; escalate complex reporting needs.
Validate data accuracy using Business Intelligence tools and ensure all approvals and documents are in place.
Analyze and resolve errors related to employee job or personal information from mass data changes.
Conduct data quality reviews and monitor processing errors.
Identify and communicate unusual events affecting HR data accuracy.
Provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement in HR data management.
Support HR operations by cross-training and covering administrative tasks as needed.
Assist team members and employees with data and scheduling questions in UKG WFM.
Partner with benefits leads on severance packages and leave management data updates.
Support miscellaneous HR duties such as unemployment issues, verifications, drug screen pooling, and I-9 audits.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of professional HR experience, preferably with a focus on technical data administration.
Experience with UKG Pro, UKG WFM, or similar Human Capital Management platforms is required.
Strong technical knowledge of data architecture, data flow, and system functionality.
Ability to manage large data sets and perform root cause analysis.
