Human Resources Information System Consultant

Base pay range

$90.00/hr - $100.00/hr

Sr. Technical HRIS Project Consultant–4-month project-100% Remote

Job Description

Key Skills: Deep technical background in HR Technical Enterprise Systems, experience with Workday and SuccessFactors, HRIS expertise, governance and optimization of tech stacks, talent and learning technology space knowledge.

Role Description: Supporting a Corporate HR Technology Tech Stack Optimization Work Stream Project, providing recommendations and direction for HR Technical Eco System Optimization, working closely with HR functions on the process and tech side, and analyzing user licenses and application usage.

Tech Stack – Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Workforce Management, HR Analytics & Reporting, Compliance & Risk Management, Collaboration & Communication.

Key Technical Skills:

  1. Deep technical background in HR Technical Enterprise Systems
  2. Experience with Workday and SuccessFactors or similar
  3. HRIS expertise
  4. Governance and optimization of tech stacks
  5. Knowledge in talent and learning technology space

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Corporate HR Technology Tech Stack Optimization Work Stream Project
  2. Provide recommendations and direction for HR Technical ECO System Optimization
  3. Work closely with HR functions on process and technical side
  4. Analyze user licenses and application usage
  5. Lead large implementations in Workday, SuccessFactors, Phenom or similar
  6. Research existing applications and make recommendations for optimization

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
